Do People Consider Plastic Surgery Procedures "Fake"?

I know many ppl considered breast augmentation, tummy tuck, facial plastic surgey (such as nose job/or rhinplasty), liposuction, ab etching, buttock augmentation, and use of implant as "FAKE", do they considered a breast lift, breast reduction, mesotherapy, lipodissolve, buttock lift, body lift, hymen repair, labia reduction, or vaginaplasty as "FAKE"? I believed I'm still considered natural if I recieve breast lift one day or maybe vaginaplasty if I have children someday.
