What Are the Potential Side Effects of GentleYAG Laser Treatment on Face?

What are the possible side effects, both temporary and permanent, for GentleYAG treatment on the face? I have been unable to find any information about negative side effects. Has the GentleYAG been around long enough for long-term side effects to be known? What is the worst case scenario immediately after treatment and what issues may not show up for several months or even years? Scarring? Pitting? Uneven tone or texture? My dermatologist said there really aren't any serious long-term risks, but I want to make sure that is accurate. I have very pale skin that sunburns easily, 30-years-old, female.
