My nose looked incredible completed dose pack and it went back to normal. I had to go on a pack again same amazing side effect obviously do not want to take this med long term any other options?

6 Years after Rhinoplasty and Sweling

While the steroids can and do reduce swelling, 6 years following rhinoplasty there should not be any significant swelling secondary to the surgery. There may be swelling due to something else. An exam by your plastic surgeon may be in order. Kenneth Hughes, MD revision rhinoplasty Los Angeles, CA
