Redness and Blotchiness After Profractional

I had PF on my face & neck 3 weeks ago. I had minimal wrinkles to begin with & had PF done to even out sun damage to my face. I look like I have a mild sunburn on my face and neck. At this point, I regret doing it and am trying to not have a panic attack about it. My neck bothers me the most - I can see a subtle line of where the PF treatment was amd it looks blotchy. Is this redness permanent? Are the "lines" on my neck that I see permanent? Pls help!
