Uneven following rhinoplasty

If your nose is uneven following rhinoplasty, it is likely secondary to the cartilagenous structures that keep your nose supported. These structures are modified during rhinoplasty in order to make either a more aesthetically pleasing contour or to correct functional deficits. Sometimes, the asymmetry of your nasal structures may limit what the surgeon can do. Swelling in your tip is normal and may be the cause of your bulbous tip. Swelling takes one year to resolve.

Post rhinoplasty problems.

It is impossible to give an opinion without seeing the nose. Wait 1 year for the swelling to go and then see your surgeon or an experienced revision rhinoplasty specialist.

Uneven and Bulbous after Rhinoplasty

Hi, Its very difficult to say what went wrong without seeing your nose. If its early after surgery, some of what your experiencing can be due to swelling. However, it sound like you may need a revision in the future. Best, Dr.S.
