Post-OP Improvement (Collagen Boost) from Fraxel:Repair Effect Ice-pick and Boxcar Scars? (photo)

(Or Just Wrinkles and Skin Elasticity) Thanks for your time Doc. I am a 27 year old with some "mild" icepick/boxcar scarring on 1 cheek. I had Fraxel:Repair done 15 days ago at 50 Joules, coverage% unknown. I noticed no layers of skin peel off like the Ultrapulse had done under the eyes. I assumed all "fractional" ablative lasers need to remove skin in order to see results like the Ultrapulse. Will the collagen boost for the next 6 months effect boxcar and ice-pick scarring or just wrinkles? I noticed no immediate results so far.
