Post Op Cheek Implants, Never Received Compression Garment For Face?

I had my cheek implants removed two days ago and the doc never gave me compression garments for my face, today my face was so swollen I was unrecognizable. My eyes and even a portion of my right nostril is swollen. I tried creating my own compression garmet.is there a specific farmer I should be using, how long does it take for swelling to go down? I am drinking loads of pineapple juice all natural,is there another remedy for my swelling I am also using arinca. I really want to look normal again

Minimizing Swelling after Cheek Implants

Compression Garments after facial surgery are individualized per surgeon's preference. For example I do not use compression garments following cheek augmentation. Here are some suggestions to minimize swelling besides taking Arnica and Bromelain. I perform quite a few Cheek Augmentation with Cheek Impants and exchanges where the aesthetically inappropriate (my aesthetic opinion) were used elsewhere. You might want to see the plastic and cosmetic surgeon that removed the Cheek Implants as removal typically causes far less brusing and swelling than placement since the surgical pocket already exists.
