Post CO2 Treatment Spots

3 months ago I had CO2 treatment.I have since come out in the most awful spots (over 200). I would have had trouble with a few before the treatment but they resembled nothing like these new ones. I have had 4 outbreaks now in the last 3 months. They have cleared up twice with Sporanox but I am not allowed any more. My dermatologist says it's gram neg follicultis but the new anti-bacterials are doing nothing and neither is the Nizoral cream. I am so upset and he really doesn't seem to care. Please help me.
