Post-Chemical Peel Applying Vasoline Forcing Skin Off? Scarring?

I had a chemical peel done by Dermo 4 days ago. I believe it was TCA. I know she opted to go with a 15% bc my skin was aggrevated from the pre-Retina-A & I started using an OTC moisturizer that had retinol four days prior to the peel. I had know idea that retinol was a double dose of Retina. I frosted immediately. Peel left on for 5 mins. Turned brown in aggrevated areas. When I apply vasoline several times a day, my skin rubs off. Is that forcing the skin off and causing scarring?
