Dental Implant For Extracted Cuspid
There would not be a way for you to do a veneer on a tooth that has been extracted. Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain that cover the outside of your existing enamel. Looking at your photos, the best option for you would be to see an orthodontist for a consultation. They could straighten the rest of the dentition placing you in a much better bite than you currently have. This would maintain the space throughout the orthodontic treatment, then replace the missing...

Veneers or Implants?
If a tooth has been extracted, then a veneer is not an option. A veneer is a thin coating of porcelain or composite attached to a natural tooth. If a tooth has been removed, then the best idea for replacing it is usually an implant.
One good thing about implants is that they preserve bone that otherwise would be lost over time after an extraction.

Porcelain Veneers can be used to make a tooth look like a canine
Many times we make canines look like lateral incisors, or premolars look like canines. This is common practice. From the photo that you posted it is obvious that there is a very crowded condition. I would consult an orthodontist prior to any decision about Porcelain veneers. Best of luck!

Veneers attach to teeth
If a tooth is missing, then a veneer has nothing to attach to. A porcelain veneer covers the the front, tip and sides of a tooth, but if a tooth isn't there, then a veneer has no place to go. If there is a space, then an implant or bridge would be the next step.
If there is no space, but the teeth that are there look out of place, it IS possible to use veneers to change the shape or appearance of teeth (like make a premolar look like a canine, or a canine look like a...

Veneers to Replace Removed Cuspid
Veneers have to be attached to a natural tooth. To replace the cuspids that will be extracted an implant or bridge would most likely be needed. When looking at your photo, I would suggest a consultation with an orthodontist if you have not already. With the missing teeth, your bite, your tooth positions and the shape of your arches, orthodontics would be a great service for you. You would need some restorative/cosmetic dentistry following orthodontics to complete...

Porcelain veneers vs implants
Porcelain veneers are facings used to correct color, shape and alignment of teeth. If you have a cuspid out of poison, you have the option of moving it into place with orthodontics, placing a veneer to make is position appear more straight or extract and place an implant. It is always a good idea to consider keeping your natural teeth with ortho. Once a healthy tooth is taken out, you can not ever have it back!
