Poor Fitting Crown
You may not have an issue with an ill fitting crown if you have had 5 dentist tell you otherwise. It sounds as if you may have a periodontal issue (gum problem). Try seeking a nother dentist or a periodontist for another consultation

Is It Ill Fitted?
If none of these 5 dentists have told you or assured you the crown is ill fitted, then probably it is not. I suggest do not change it, bleeding is normally a sign of gingivitis or bacteria. You can start flossing softly and use mouthwash with Triclosan which is an antiseptic that will help your gums, remember to use a soft brush as well. If after all this your gums keep bleeding then reach a perio or another dentist.

What to do about poorly fitted crown
From the information provided I am not sure that your crown is ill fitting. It could be that you have a problem with your gums. If 5 dentists cannot find something wrong I am not sure that from the information you have given us that we could do much better. Find a 6th dentist :)
