Is it Possible to Fully Remove Polyacrylamide from Lips? (photo)

Hi, I had polyacrylamide injected in my lips twice over 5 yrs, and i was told that the product used is semi-permanent and it will go away in 5 years.. untill last year i was still hoping that the filler will go away completely especially that with time my lips don't look nice at all (not that they looked nice at the begining - i looked like a duck). But after 5 years they r wrinkley as if the product washed away only in some spots. Can i fully reverse this filler? Give me hope!!
