Can This Pock Mark on my Nose Even Be Treated?

SO I've seen one derm and one plastic surgeon about this pock mark on my nose. I was wondering what your opinions are. It's about 2.0 mm long and 1.0 mm deep. I am of Indian and Arab descent. Is there anything I can do to improve the appearance of this scar? In general (for others) what (if any) recommendations do you have for pock marks of the nose?
