Please Help Diagnose This?

I have had this rash at the edge of my nose for 4 weeks. My doctor initially prescribed hydrocortisone followed by fucidin and then the oral antibiotic Keflex with no resolution. I have little red bumps that look like they are fluid filled. They are itchy and uncomfortable and eventually peel and then more return as soon as it looks like it is going away. I also have some at the angle of my mouth. Once they peel I am left with a red mark that never seems to fade. Please help me get rid of this!

Consult a dermatologist for your facial rash.

You should consult a board certified dermatologist who can examine you, diagnose your problem, and treat you accordingly.

IT is impossible to say things for certain online, specially without a picture. But I had something very similar from what you described and it was Perioral Dermatitis. It was very stubborn but after 3 weeks of antibiotics it cleared. I still had to take antibiotics for another few weeks following my Dermatologist prescription and advice to clear it. It has been ~2 years, never returned, fingers crossed. So my advice, go find a GOOD clinical dermatologist and get it checked ASAP. Never put steroids on it for Perioral Dermatits, that was the first thing an unexperienced dermatologist prescribed me.. ended up making it a lot worse. Good luck hope this helps and you get better.
