Plastic Surgery to Improve Smile and Wrinkles?
I have never seen this before on anyone except myself. My whole face puffs up and my smile is a real grimace. It seems to be the area around my cheeks that create chronic wrinkles around the eyes.
The cheeks themselves take on a very strange shape. It's bizzare and emotionally distressing. As you can imagine I never smile. When I do not smile, I am really quite handsome, hard to believe from this picture. What type of surgery would help ?
