Surgery to correct Pseudostrabimus?

I have already gotten a plastic surgery done on my eyes as a child to enhance my appearance. Although it made me look better, I never looked fully normal. I'm currently 28 and wanted to find out the cost for the surgery so that I can get it done and look normal. At this age, I still have problems looking into people's eyes, due to my eye complex. I just want to find out the estimated cost of the surgery so that I can start saving up and get the surgery ASAP. Thank you!
