I am a rather skinny young man (5'7", 120 lbs, age 21). The right side of my face contains noticeably more fat and seems to droop a bit.
Is this the result of chewing my food mainly on my left side, or the way I sleep? Should I run more, or lift weights? Is surgery the only answer?

Facial asymmetry and treatment
Surgery is most likely to be your best option unless the problem is attributable to your dentiition or jaw in which case an orhtodontist may be able to provide some relief of your condition.
