I have very broad shoulders for a girl, and my neck is very thick and short. Is it possible through plastic surgery to reduce the width of my shoulders and make my neck longer and more elegant-looking?

Thick short neck treatment
This can be a very difficult problem to treat without scars. Occasionally there are conditions such as a webbed neck which will benefit from surgery but this will leave potentially noticeable scars.
