Fat removal after fat injections on the nose

The removal of fat may be very difficult as the fat cells may be living in the new environment and not grouped as a "ball" of tissue like a cyst that can be removed as a unit. Liposuction or excision can create enough trauma to cause significant bruising and there might be a chance of permanent scarring. See a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is experienced both in liposuction and fat injections to evaluate your condition.

There is no majic, removal of injected fat is sometimes very difficult and there is no guarantee that all the fat can be removed. CONSULT A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON (AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGERY) and discuss your particular situation. Remember there is no SPECIALIST in fat removal, there is a "good surgeon" to deal with a particular problem
