Sagging Salivary Gland - Will Thermage Help?

went for fillers (juverderm which turned out great) and asked about the loose skin on my left jaaw throat line..He said it was a sagging saliva gland and surgery would make my mouth dry and left it at that. also have previous forehead lift which has now one brow line lower than the other. Can thermage help that?
