Im having Bbl surgery soon but I don't want my piercings to close. Can I use the plastic surgical retainers during surgery?

Plastic fillers for piercings is perfectly fine and the reality is, even metal piercings should be no problem at all especially for a liposuction procedure as there should be absolutely no use of a cautery device which is generally the concern with metal contacting the body. I have personally performed thousands of liposuction and BBL procedures and have never used an electrocautery during these procedures. good luck
