i am planning for a rhinoplasty for a more sharper tip but being professional bodybuilder i have a concern will i be able to resume my activities after 17 or 18 days of rhino and anabolic steroids like testosterone and nandrolone after 17- 18 days of surgery will affect my healing process please solve my both concern...thankyou

Activity after rhinoplasy

First anabolic steroids are fraught with long term complications including cancer! Don't do it! As far as exercise goes you have to work into it slowly. Heavy weights that require extreme energy with straining should be avoided for a month. All the best, Talmage J. Raine MD FACS
