Hi in the last 2 months I have noticed that my nose looks thicker. Is it in my head? Also I have always been self conscious of my thick nose. It straight so it looks good in the profile View but bad straight on. The first pic is the recent pic and the second is from 2 months ago

It is always safer to put about 3-6 months between procedures. Even though your skin may look healed on the outside, on the inside there are significant changes that are still occurring. Your plastic surgeon has examined you so they will know best.
Short answer is a lot. Constant picking of your nose can actually cause injury to the delicate mucosa of the nose. If something is bothering you on the inside of your nose, you should seek evaluation by a rhinoplasty surgeon. Good luck.
