I am considering Pixel Q Switch for tightening skin around the corners of the mouth. I am 39, and have youthful but thin skin. My skin is just starting to sag and I am interested in something preventive, that would be good for me long term. Is this a right choice? Are there any negatives 5-10 years from now? Or should I go with fillers or fat grafting? Thank you very much!
