Best Treatment for Dark Discoloration on Legs 6 Weeks After Pixel Laser Treatments?

I had pixel for my scars on my legs 6 wks ago and the areas treated are still red and very sensitive to extreme temperatue, very cold and very warm. My dermatologist gave me neosalus and aclaro but they dont's seem to help as much. I'm afraid that I have complications from the procedure. What is the best treatment for me now?
