How to Improve Bad Skin Texture After Pixel Laser?

I recently had the Pixel Laser. I now find myself with extremely bad skin texture and little holes that are very visible in the light everywhere. Surrounding all these holes (pores/scars, whatever) are tiny little bumps under the skin. My skin has a rolling, bumpy look to it now and I cannot even stand to look at myself or to face anyone. What can I do to help this? I was thinking TCA cross for the holes or perhaps a better laser procedure with a better physician after a few months?
