Hyperpigmentation after Pixel Laser

I had a Pixel treatment two months ago on my chest. Though done at a relatively high setting, there was very little pain. It took almost a week for the skin to peel. But after several weeks there are still lines of demarcation.

The skin is slightly tan where I had the treatment, all the way around. I know it's from the Pixel, because the edges were done on skin that has never been exposed to the sun, and that skin has the increased pigmentation as well. Is this ever going to go away?
