How long till I see Pixel Laser results?

When can I expect results after treatment? After a couple of days or more likely within the next couple of months?

I had the pixel treatment done, and 8 hrs later I am seeing a few bleeding spots. I was wondering if that was normal or is it from getting up and down? Cooking dinner? Is is part of the healing process?

The Pixel is my favorite laser.  The results are permanent.  The Pixel is a fractional Erbium.  This means it is an ablative laser which targets only 20% of your face per treatment.  Three to five treatments are required.  Pixel is similar to the CO2 laser resurfacing in that its target is water, and as you know cells are made up of water.  By causing necrosis or death in a slim, unperceptable column of skin, this laser is able to resurface without the downtime previously associated with ablative lasers.  There is no bleeding and the laser procedure itself as well as the recovery is tolerable.  The best results with this laser are achieved by "stacking" pulses so the depth of penetration increases to close to 350 microns.  This is the target depth for deep acne scarring and rhytids. And don't forget: while the results are permanent, the damage to our skin from daily pollutants and trauma continue, so a touch up can be done as needed. Good luck
