Is Pixel Laser Safe in Addition to Face and Neck Lift?

I am having a Face Lift and Neck Lift in late January and my Dr. is having me do several Pixel Laser treatments 3 weeks apart starting now, is this safe?

I am 60 and my facial wrinkles are not bad at all, just the normal gravity.
