Pixel Laser Alternatives?

I have skin type 4 with ice pick scars on my cheeks. I had 2 Pixel laser treatments and I dont think the third and final treatment will improve my scars. Are there any other treatments for acne scars I can have done after my Pixel? I'm not worried about downtime, so please give me suggestions. Thank you!
