Pixel Laser Timing Following Accutane

I am considering having Pixel Laser treatment for mild scarring and sun damage. I finished a course of (Ro)accutane eight months ago and the doctor I have consulted says that this is enough time to wait. I am however a bit worried about side effects, so called 'grid-marks' and that my skin won't heal properly. Grateful for advice.
