Can a toothbrush cause dental composite bonding to wear?

Asked By:kevinjamesfan in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I recently had some bonding done to two of my teeth. My dentist told me to brush normally so I did. However, the night of the same day I got the bonding done, I noticed that part of the bonding on one tooth may have worn off right after brushing. I do believe it may have been from my brushing. Is this possible or am I being paranoid?
