I received a BA in 1999 with PIP's prefilled saline textured implants (585cc). My right breast has been very slowly deflating over the past few weeks. Before my consultation for a revision surgery, I am trying to get as much information as I can regarding these PIP implants which were banned from the US about a year after my surgery. This has been difficult since the company has now gone completely belly up. Is there any way for the lifetime warranty to be honored?

PIP Warranty: or lack thereof

Unless you live in France - there is no warranty for PIP implant removal (actually the Government of France has also stepped in as well as England and other socialized health care systems more or less. There is no warranty for PIPsaline filled or gel PIP implants in the USA.

There are no provisions for warranty fulfillment on PIPsaline filled p implants in the United States.

PIP implants

 PIP implants I believe are no longer available in the US. The only replacement would be with either Mentor or Allergan implants.
