Pinched Nose 3 Years After Septoplasty

I had a septoplasty nearly 3 years ago just a few days after I turned 18, at the time the appearance of my nose barely changed, but as the years went by, my nose started pinching until now it is very noticeable, when I went into this surgery I thought that the appearance of my nose would not change, does this have anything to do with the septoplasty? can this be corrected?

Septoplasty

Septoplasty alone DOES NOT CHANGE THE SHAPE OF THE TIP OF THE NOSE. Reequest the operative note and see if anything was done to the tip.

Septoplasty should not change the appearance of the nose

Septoplasty by itself would not generally change the external shape of one's nose...unless too much of the septum was removed and the support of the nose was lost resulting in external collapse. The picture of your nose, however, does not show any evidence of loss of nasal support nor does it look particularly pinched or narrowed in the middle vault region. However, without knowing what your nose used to look like or seeing a side view I can not say for sure.
