What could this eruption be that occurs at the back of my head periodically and then heals on its own? This pimples are painful and develop with no puss. After two days, they are so tender even brushing my hair is painful. They don't seem to respond to treatment because even when I apply prescription creams, they soon appear. Recently, Bechlomin was prescribed to me and yet again they have reappeared. I started having these painful eruptions about twelve years ago. At some point I thought I had picked an infection from the barbers'.
