Can Gycolic Peel Help Marks Left from Pimples?

Hi. I am 23 years and I have got pimple marks in my face. Can i do Glycolic peel 30% to remove the marks? Pimples started to come after applying Olive oil in my face. Is the marks because of the olive oil? I am scared to do any facial. Is my skin becoming sensitive due to the dust? Please suggest me what can be done to reduce the pimple marks.
