Can picking your nose make you healthier? My septum leans to the right and I can't breathe through my right nostril at all. It's awful. Right now I can't afford septoplasty and I don't want to risk messing up the tip of my nose (even though I know risks are minimal.) The blocked nostril drives me nuts. If my septum cartilage is simply bent to the right, is it possible that if I put my finger up my nose and push the septum back into the middle, it will eventually bend to the middle? And stay that way so I can breathe?
