What Type of Surgery Will Solve These Imbalances? (photo)

Hello - I've wanted to improve my appearance for a long time. There is an overall sense of "imbalance" to my face, especially around my nose and chin: 1. The projection or "pointiness" of my chin should be reduced. It creates a deep labiomental crease. It adds an older "witchy" appearance. 2. The columnella of my nose is "droopy" or "pointy" in the front view. 3. The dorsum or "bridge" of my nose is quite high and prominent. Can you provide procedure recommendations? Thank you!

Rhinoplasty and Chin Reduction

There are some improvements that can be done to your nose particularly in the tip area. How much lowering of the dorsum of your nose is needed would require some initial computer imaging to see how this looks to you. Some horizontal reduction of your chin point can be done by a burring reduction although that will not necessarily make the labiomental sulcus look less deep. Injection fat grafting to it at the same time would be helpful in that regard.

Rhinoplasty to reduce columellar show

+2

A rhinoplasty can reduce the columellar show by trimming back the excess cartilage and skin inside the columella to tuck it inwards. A columellar-plasty can also change the angle between the upper lip and the nose, to  decrease or increase the rotation of the tip. Please see the link below for examples of  columellar  show we have reduced  our rhinoplasty practice

The chin can be reduced in projection and the crease can be filled.  The nose can be refined through a closed rhinoplasty approach.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
