Can Photofacial treatments remove warts and/or skin tags on the face, neck or decolletage? Thank you.

Photofacials do not treat warts

Photofacials with intense pulsed light treat brown spots and spider veins but do not treat warts or tags. Liquid nitrogen or electrodesiccation would be more appropriate treatment options. Please see a dermatologist for treatment.

Photofacial does not work for Warts and Skin Tags?

Usually IPL is used for photofacials. This is a non-ablative procedure, which means that warts or skin tags are not removed. A CO2 laser oder Radiofrequency device can accomplish this.
