Photodynamic Therapy with Levulan vs Pulse Diode Laser (Smoothbeam or Armis)?

I am east asian with fair skin(type4) at age 28. I never had acne until today. i started using some harsh cleanser which was leaving my skin dry and irritated. After few weeks i started noticing excessive oil production on my face specially on T zone with moderate acne. I want to control my acne by reducing oil production back to normal as it was. I am interested in PTD with levulan or smooth beam or Armis as treatment. please suggest me which is the best treatment for my condition?
