Any cosmetic procedure is dangerous when done by inexperienced people!

I have not had complications with Laser Genesis in my office and have performed tens of thousands of these procedures. However, any cosmetic procedure is unsafe if you have it done by someone without experience. Pick an office with a physician who is involved in your care, techs who are trained and experienced, and you will be good. Don't shop for price, shop for quality!
