Would a Photo Facial Work Better Than a Peel for Dark Spots?
I am 40 years old, biracial, and have dark spots on my face from old acne scars and sun damage. I have been using retin-a and c serum for over a year now, and it has helped, but I want the spots gone completely. Which would work better for removing the dark spots, a series of photo facials, or chemical peels? I am also using good sunscreen. Thanks!

Consider a fractional resurfacing treatment.
Though chemical peels and IPL / photofacials do a good job, a fractional resurfacing treatment would probably give you better results overall, since you mention acne scars and sun spots.
