Brusing from Phosphatidylcholine

A year ago I bought a Mesotherapy kit and had great results with it. Then, I decided to buy phosphatidylcholine from another seller and used it, but it gave me these big bruises that I still have after 3 months. How can I help my skin repair itself from this? Why did this happen? Is it contraindicated to use phosphatidylcholine alone or should I have used it in a kit, like the first time? Thanks.

Is it likely that you injected into the muscular layer instead of the fat or the skin layer instead? There is about 1cm of skin around the belly, after that fat, and if you try to move the needle around when it is in muscle it wont budge. The discoloration could be a bruise from hitting muscle, or discoloration if you injected into the dermal layer of skin (injected too shallow). This is a problem for people who don't inject often, especially when there is a minimal amount of fat in the area. You can help the bruising go away by applying heat (sleep on a heating pad, hang out in a hot tub,... if you hit the dermal layer I don't think you can fix it short of a skin graft or *maybe* laser skin treatment 9what they use to erase tattoos and birthmarks and age spots). 3 mos is excessive though, i'd discuss it with your family doc next time you see him.
