My father has a scalp lipoma on the right side of his scalp. We had it was diagnosed through biopsy a year ago. It didn't bother him before so the doctors opted to just leave it be seeing as it is benign. But now, the lipoma has grown bigger (at least 3 inches in diameter), and he started to have neck discomfort. He is already 69 years old and is hypertensive. I was just wondering if what would be a better option. Should we leave the lipoma alone or should we have it removed?
