An orthodontist said Invisalign can fix my mouth protruding problem, and no teeth extraction is needed. The screening was brief, so I am not sure if she is 100% right. I think both my upper and lower jaws (entire gum) are protruding. A plastic surgeon said I can do anterior segmental osteotomy, which requires teeth extraction and removal of partial gum bone. Should I go for plastic surgery? Or can Invisalign fix my problem? Any teeth needs to be extracted in order to make room? Thanks!
