I am 103-110 lbs and 5 foot 2, 26 years old. I want saline under the muscle implants. the PS i saw told me after i showed him pictures to go with 325 CC's but i think that's too big for someone my size. I do not want to look top heavy at ALL, just perky round breasts. I am a very small A right now.

If you do not have complete trust in your surgeon, you really should think twice about moving forward.
