I have had 2 canthoplasty operations on my eye, and improvement has been minimal, probably because I had scar tissue there to begin with. Can permanent stitches (that are never taken out, like they use in tummy tucks etc.) be used to secure the canthoplasty? Tape and makeup is always an option to cover them up, so that's not an issue. If not are there any other options such as piercings etc. because I'm not sure there's enough healthy tissue there for a third surgery. Thanks for any feedback.
