Can Permanent Makeup Reduce/improve the Appearance of Stretch Marks?

I have Asian/Oriental skin that has been tanned over the years. Will permanent makeup help with my white stretch marks? And what should I look for in a permanent makeup expert? Is it a better idea to go for a whitening procedure so I would go back to my original fair skin tone, therefore camouflaging my white stretch marks better?

Stretch marks and permanent makeup

There is no good way to treat stretch marks. Permenant makeup will never exactly match the color and will look worse. You have to accept the fact that there is no treatment for stretch marks.
