Permanent Eyeliner - Advised Not to Moisturise? (photo)

I had permanent eyeliner done last week. The lady is very reputable, experienced, has all accreditations and uses medical grade equipment. However she advised me to only apply A&D to eyebrows and not eyes as they are self cleaning. 4 days later the eyeliner has dried thick and completely rigid so it's tight, I feel it when I blink. It has started to lift at the top outer corner but as one piece because its dried so thick. It looks unsightly and i need to go back to work, what do i do? Thanks.
