Periodic Nerve Spasms Post Nasolabial Filler

I am experiencing nerve spams at midpoint (or slightly closer to outer nostril cartilage) between my right nostril and infraorbital nerve?. I can see spasms - several months ago it was a pulsing at corner (orbit - zygomatic wall?) of eye - since resolved. Is this nerve irritation possible post nasolabial filler three month ago?
